We used 1Cover insurance and unfortunately had to make a claim as our travel plans were cancelled. The claim process was effortless and the customer service team were timeous and professional in dealing with our claim. We will definitely be using 1Cover for all our future travel.

So pleased to be able to be covered for my husbands pre exiting conditions and it was at a great price too. Will certainly be referring family and friends to Zoom

This company tried to wear us down with endless demands for irrelevant documents to back up our claim and once we produced them, they would demand many more. They refused our claim but we fought it and their ruling was overturned and we were paid out 8 months after the accident. They took about 3 weeks to answer each of our messages, if at all then demand immediate action from us. Terrible company with very poor service.

Very disappointed to find personal liability was excluded in snow cover add on (unlike other policies with other companies). I specifically took this policy to be well covered so felt that I had wasted my money

Before I travelled on a solo trip to Peru on a family emergency, i was filling out the form online, when i came across a health issue that i wasnt sure if it would be a problem or not, so i called up the line. The Man who responded was amazing, talked me through everything, and while he said i could stay on the current plan, that for $40 more i would have full coverage, not to mention that if anything happened to me ob my trip they would cover the cost to pay for my daughter to fly over, and also be able to claim on my behalf. Being Peru, where anything is possible, this was a huge comfort to me, and something i would have never known was previously available. Luckily this wasnt needed, but I had my 2 mobths there with total peace of mind.

Became sick in Brisbane & was refused entry on my scheduled flight home to Auckland. Airline wasn't able to book another flight so my partner and I we're stranded in the city for a night while I was in hospital.

TINZ went out of their way to support us, especially a lovely lady named Jo. They continually reassured my partner who had never stepped foot in Australia, that they would make sure we got home asap. Communication was excellent & they frequently updated us their process of returning us home.

My first time claiming insurance of any kind, would definitely recommend TINZ to anyone.

The purchase process is straight forward and the cover options easy to understand. The cover documents are simple to access and can be saved in email, on your phone or in cloud storage should they be needed.

It was the easiest site to get Insurance, especially for existing medical conditions. The total Zoom insurance was cheaper than the additional fees other major companies charged to cover the existing medical conditions alone.

It was so easy to drill down each condition and answer the questions. Others have non-medical experts that you have to call on the phone. And these experts make you lie so that you have to say you have conditions that you dont, just to be covered.

We had domestic travel insurance mainly for the rental car excess cover. This travel insurance was much cheaper than excess cover supplied by the rental car company.
