Super easy to organise with the friendly & helpful staff! Had to add an extra day on due to airline sending us the wrong ticket and rang TINZ and they added on an extra day.

Me and my partner spent over $6000 for 18 months of cover which was by far not the cheapest insurance company around, we just wanted to make sure we had proper cover. After 6 months of no claims, my partner's handbag was stolen from a locked vehicle and they won’t pay out, they have so many loop holes written into their contract you’re better of just saving your money and replacing your own stuff when the time comes.

They won't let me cancel my policy before the trip has even started. Because of this I have wasted my money. Would not recommend. Try another company.

We do have a 14 day cooling off period, where customers can receive a full refund (providing they won't be claiming). When I go overseas it's extremely important to me if in case I NEED medical/hospital support I know I'll not be unassisted... Don't worry, I look after myself very well but knowing that there is a good background it's a peace of mind!

Good value for money compared to other insurance companies. Cover required for an existing condition was well priced. Will use in future.

I called from India on your emergency call number and waited for over 10 minutes to speak to someone about a possible claim. Person apologised but the wait not what I expected and not acceptable.

I think there are 4 trips now I have used TINZ travel insurance for a different country on each occasion. Obtaining & easy acceptance/purchase online via website. Fortunately on each trip I have not had to make a claim but it is the 'peace of mind' that I am purportedly covered.

I use 1 Cover every time I travel because they're very easy to use and reasonably priced. The one time I had to make a claim, it was super simple!

taking out the insurance was an easy and smooth experience and even though there was a couple of hiccups with data it was fixed with no hassles . very easy to talk to the person on other end of phone.

As the policy was not used for anything. I can not rate how good the product is regarding claims. Very easy to obtain product online.
