1Cover Travel Insurance Review

I’ve used 1Cover for all my travel insurance for the past few years. They are the best value for money and so amazing to deal with. The claim for medical expenses I just had to do was dealt with in such a professional and understanding way. I’ll continue to use them.

Was having difficulty understanding the complicated PDS but the great customer service team was able to break it down for me! I purchased my policy today! Thank you!

Length claims process and also we were not paid out for our first night's accommodation we couldn't use due to our flight being cancelled by the airline, hardly worth getting the insurance by the time we paid for it , and then got very little of our claim back , disappointing

Unfortunately had to make a claim. Despite quickly getting them the paperwork, claim took months to get resolved. Little to no communication or updates on claim progression despite requests.

Unfortunately I am not able to attend my travel arrangements due to an accident, but 1 Cover were so great at helping me negate my way through the claims process, with ease. Have used 1Cover insurance over last several years...would use no other!!!

1Cover was truely professional and efficient. We most certainly did not expect to make a claim but a serious injury 4 days before departure to Europe stopped us joining a motorcycle tour in Spain. So grateful that we had 1Cover behind us, their prompt and no-nonsense response to our claim was truely outstanding and very much appreciated. Highly recommended.

1Cover is the most unreliable insurer I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. <br/>Don’t waste your money or invest your trust with them if you want to be treated fairly.<br/>Their website states that they help with cancelled flights. Now, imagine you’re standing in an airport on the other side of the world with two young children and your flight is cancelled, you have to scramble on the spot to book more flights for the next day and get another hotel as well as other arrangements. This was the nightmare situation that my family was in, but we were at least comforted by the fact that we had comprehensive travel cover. Our claim was later denied and then dodged again on a ridiculous technicality once I submitted a formal appeal. This was a brutal blow to our family after a lot of distress + massive hit to our financial situation abroad. <br/>Do yourself a favour and stay away, I wish I had of gone with a more reliable provider.

Hesitant to begin process, 1Cover made everything pain free. Where we weren’t sure we contacted and had super quick responses. The entire process was hassle free, great communication and easy to use. Will definitely be using 1Cover again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

From being a healthy person to being admitted into hospital with heart failure and now AF, I was to,d to cancel travel plans. I sent letter from hospital and GP. Other documents regarding trip. I have sent documents twice. It seems they went to other assessor’s. All I get is a run around. I am sure they hope I will die and don’t have to pay me. Don’t use this company

Our cruise was cancelled and happy that a credit for the cover is going to be credited to my bank account. Will use them again for our next trip.
