We felt safe knowing we had the cover we needed- luckily we didn’t need to make a claim. All communications with setting up the insurance were prompt and easy to tollow- would recommend and use again

I have an annual multi trip policy which I found to be excellent value for money. I recently had to make a claim relating to damage to a rental vehicle. The the online claims system was very good and the team had assesses my claim and paid out within 48 hours. Have had nothing but good experiences with 1 Cover.

Its an insult to use the AA name, trusted it and was let down. I had to haggle with the company who made a 'payment of good will' as it was put for a legitimate claim l will never recommend AA travel insurance.

We did not need to take advantage of the travel insurance but it was comforting knowing it was in place should it be required.

An awesome company that never queried our claim at all. Approval was straight away even on a Sunday. Money in my bank next day. Would never use another insurance company and have recommended to many

with the service but not overly excited didn't feel it was as personal as in past years. Value for money is subjective I was just pleased to get pre-existing condions covered.

I was pleased with the ease of being able to do all i needed on line. Also had a great holiday.

This is the second time I took out insurance from tinz. This time we did not need to claim anything but the previous time we were all very ill. It was such a pleasure dealing with tinz that this time it was a no brainer whom to choose. I didn't even consider someone else.

I use 1cover often. No issues recently but they were really fantastic when i had an appendicitis while travelling in South America. I'm really happy i went with them because they made it easy when it was time to claim.

Having used 1cover a number of times now, getting cover is an easy process. Past claims have been settled promptly.

This is my fourth or fifth time I have used 1 Cover. I now do it all online and it also covers my condition for a little bit extra. Would not hesitate to keep using this insurance company. Keep up the good work.
