Taking out the policy and having peace of mind whilst away was great. It was even easier making a claim when we got back. Although you were a little slow paying out.

If there’s some further discount or rewards to your loyal and no claim customers will be much more encouraged and appreciated.

I have used 1Cover for years for my travels and love the ease of booking it. I personally haven't claimed but travelled with someone who has. He had a great experience.

Recently my daughter travelled from New Zealand to China for a holiday with me (I currently live and work there). While organising all of her travel arrangements, I spent several days researching different travel insurers, including my family's normal insurer. I discovered that 1Cover offered the most comprehensive cover for China and Asia, at a substantially lower rate than every other insurer I looked at (And I looked at many, many insurers). Fortunately my daughters China holiday passed without incident, so I never had cause to claim on her insurance, but it really did give me absolute comfort and peace of mind to know that she was protected for the entire time from the moment she left her home in New Zealand to the moment she arrived back there.
Therefore I absolutely, without hesitation, recommend 1Cover to people travelling abroad, especially here to China. Not much really to say except, I will always get Travel Insurance prior to overseas travel. I always feel secure in knowing I have it, anything can happen or go wrong. Great cover, great price 👍

Submitted all paperwork to make a claim online and heard from 1Cover within the timeframe stipulated. That was all that was needed and they said it was covered and received payment in time frame said again. Easy to deal with.

We have used 1-cover a few times now. Travel insurance is very competitive. This trip we used their camper-van cover that saved us "loads of money" The motor-home company were going to cover us the same for 8 times the premium!

No claims required with this policy: The ease to obtain Travel Insurance, with some pre conditions included in the base cover and value for money has been found to be more favourable than other Travel Insurance Providers that I have enquired about.
