I haven't ever had to make a claim before, I wasn't holding out for a good experience but Zoom was fantastic!. The process was straight forward, expectations clear and it was processed in a couple of days. Amazing. A pleasure. Will use them again.

We were travelling to Hawaii, and we had cover to make sure we were covered for unforeseen circumstances and travel delays. This was the best Deal by far for our family.

I found no problem at all to use online setup, very quick and simple.
Had one occasion only overseas to visit medical practice but cost was under any claim so no worries.
Would recommend to anyone for travel insurance.

Especially when you're travelling to New country you've never been to before, you doesn't even know what could have it happen and having travel insurance just gives you that little bit of peace of mind and makes your travels a little bit more relaxing knowing that you've got it.

We had a medical situation arise while in the US. When I tried to call the insurance company's phone numbers in the US to report the incident and to seek guidance, there was never an answer to the calls. The seriousness of the issue in the face of no helpful answer led me to stop trying to contact Zoom.

As an older traveller I appreciated the value for money. It's great to be able to reduce costs and still feel protected.

Had a great trip and fortunately we didn’t need to lodge a claim, however the peace of mind the cover provided, the ease of getting a quote and then signing on was fantastic. Will be my first call for a quote next time.

This is my first time buying from Zoom, and I intend to do so again. Their policies are affordable and I didn’t have to pay for extras I didn’t need. I didn’t claim, so can’t comment on that. But I would definitely use them again!

I was searching for a non-resident policy for ages, until a staff member at Compare Travel Insurance told me to contact Zoom :) Not many companies cover a skilled migrant visa, but Zoom do!
