We had an excellent experience with TINZ. Straight-forward policy wording so we are aware of exactly what we're covered for, the pricing was good value for the extensive cover world-wide, and our claim was handled efficiently with TINZ honoring their policy with no issues. The experience was the best we have had with a travel insurance provider, and we would recommend TINZ without question.

We didn't put in a claim but from the moment I made the decision to you TINZ their customer service and welcome home e-mail showed they would be happy to help with any claim I may have had. I will use them again for my next holiday for sure.

Not having a claim takes away contention, but the experience with insuring me will bring me back, and here I must include the reminder on termination of the policy.

I'd never heard of TINZ before but easy to purchase, affordable, good cover& great follow up. I'd use them agai.

As we didn't need to claim I can only comment on the quote and purchase part of the process. This was easy to use and appears to be great value for money thanks.

though I would have been more impressed if you had accepted my praise - and advice that I had returned to NZ about a month early! and not asked twice since!

This is the first time i have used TINZ. The ease of applying online was great. It was all so quick and simple which was a big plus.
I did not have to claim and appreciated the email when i got home informing me how to claim if need be.
Definitely i would use this company again.

Love this insurance as it was the most affordable with all the cover I needed and then some! Easiest insurance to apply for and I felt secure on my trip! Thankyou for the welcome back email and asking if I needed to make a claim. Recommend to all and will definetly use you again! A++++++

easy and quickly done, very happy. No comment about claims as I didn't need to go through this process fortunately

I had to,unfortunately,cancel our trip to Australia & filed a claim for cancelled flight tickets. Guess what,
my claim was settled & entire claimed amount was refunded to my bank account within two working days. No Questions,no clarifications & it was done:). Moreover,at time of choosing my travel insurance, their premium was most competitive. Kudos to TINZ & would definitely insure with them again & have no hesitation in recommending to others.
