TINZ is one of 2 companies in NZ who was willing to insure me while I was travelling overseas. And it was all done very easily online. I appreciate the fact finally a company that is willing to realise in real life plans change.

I have not joined Adobe and do not want to, so therefore I have had to print the claim form out and send it by post - which is not a hardship but if the claim form was Microsoft office it would be much easier. I could not attach my supporting information or the claim form when I wanted to check it.

Trip was a breeze, covered everything that didn't but could go wrong. Highly recommend this to other friends of mine.

We did not make a claim ..but when we called them for some help they were awesome. They found addresses for us for hospitals and then kept in contact to check how things were going .... awesome we would use again.

Thanks guys, I felt safe when overseas and I never had issues and your system was easy and friendly. With the amount of travel I do I will definately use you again for my pre exisitng conditon

It was straight forward to book the car excess insurance. It was reasonable value for money . We didn't make a claim

Although i had no incidents I felt secure that if anything did happen I would be covered. I felt I didnt have to worry because i was well covered, thanks.

Thanks for the texts and emails reminding me of travel info. Simple, concise, personal. Nice to have details at your fingertips.

Website does not flow to conclusion logically, needs better CTA's. Your font is jazzy, but difficult to read with lighter and thicker character's for sight impaired. Prompt assessment of health risk, this follow up email great.

It was easy paper work and very straight forward. We had medical emergency in our travel, so we spent money for rescheduling our trip, TINZ Claim process was easy as we had all relevant documents and got back Claim in a week.. good work team TINZ

Cover provided was good, usual small print to work through. Good value for money. The welcome home email asking if I needed to make a claim was a nice touch.
