Good friendly service and I feel a good price for the services. Have used TINZ now several times and will continue to use them.

This is the second time we have used TINZ when travelling overseas. TINZ is affordable, easy to understand and organise. They always touch base before we leave and then again once we have returned home. So far we have never had to make a claim and fingers crossed we will never have to:)

Comprehensive plan covers all of the insurance needed on a trip without breaking the budget. Some other insurance companies offering less charge more. Will purchase again in the future

Even though we travel reasonably often, this was the first time we've ever needed to make a claim due to a snow storm hitting New York and causing cancellation of all flights. TINZ processed our claim promptly and the phone call to their help centre on our travels was informative and very helpful. Would recommend TINZ

After using other insurance companies, we found the price very affordable. First time using TINZ, I haven't had to put a claim in yet, happy to use this company again.

Great company. Had to extend my trip and they were responsive and fair. Being so easy to communicate with, I feel I'd be in good hands if anything more serious went wrong.

Easy application process and good value for money although have not made any claims. Good prompts when policy about to expire.

It was great to have insurance to cover any possibility of cancellation for travel to the West Coast but I am delighted to say I did not need to make a claim.
I am travelling to Europe later in the year so may use your service if I can get a good deal.

Holiday was incident free except we had to pay AUD$76 for doctors visit due to bowel infection.

This is our second time using TINZ.
Our first time required us to seek advice about an issue we had on holiday. Advice was forthcoming, and follow up calls were made seeking info on the condition of our ill companion. Based on customer service, I’d highly recommend them. As it turned out the cost of our medical bill was below the excess limit.

We were unable to travel due to having to stay in NZ to help the Police with an investigation. Then you would not allow us to make a claim. This meant that we lost almost 6K in holiday costs! Thanks!

Policy was easy to understand, cover was very comparable with others. Nice to get a “welcome home can we help” email
