My grandmother passed away just before the holiday and I emailed your office for a.possibility of a claim but I received nothing.. not even a single reply. Very bad customer service.

I’ve used TINZ twice for my travel overseas. No fuss when applying in line. Luckily for me I’ve not had to claim insurance on both occasions however it is great to know that applying is simple.

Our claim was quickly processed even though I had omitted to supply some essential information. Communication from the company was clear friendly and prompt.

Although luckily we did not need to claim, very easy to apply for, one easy to read sheet to obtain emergency contact numbers etc, even had an email towards the end of the Holiday in case we needed to extend the cover. Would use again.

The policy was easy to set-up, appears to be good value for the cover provided. Would be happy to use them again in the future.

Claims process was too long, too many files were required, the upload process failed so I emailed the files instead.

Filled in online Quote and was offered no policy after filling in Medical questions. Phoned today as thought a real person to talk to might help and what a waste of time. If computer says no that is it yet other companies offer me cover with exclusions. Don't go here if you are stable but have medical conditions

Was recommended by our friends. Good value insurance. Easy to apply no problems at all. Will be using it again on our future travels next year. Thank you.

Taking out the policy was easy, staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, cover was better than most others available to us, the policy wording is very clear and the premium we paid was very competitive compared with other quotes we received. Unfortunately due to illness we needed to cancel our trip and make a claim for our expenses. The whole process was straightforward and our claim was paid out promptly. Every dealing I've had with the staff has been friendly and positive. I can't recommend this company highly enough!

We were so disappointed when we had to cancel our much looked forward to holiday due to medical reasons.
