As we have "existing conditions" in our family, we do have to supply medical records , as expected... But that was all, Usually we would have at least a 30 minute question / answer dialog phone call, every trip. But we have been told this is not required for "1cover" All that stress gone. Would be good to be able to print a small travel side card (like an eftpos card) to put in your wallet instead of an A4 piece of paper with all the details readily available. Better than traveling with too many large documents.

We received efficient service in taking up the policy for our recent travel, and were pleased to receive an emailed offer of an extension of the policy, should we need to extend our stay away. We did not need this, but it is good that 1Cover offers this opportunity while people may be needing to alter their return date.
