If you get burgled overseas and belongings taken from you have literally no cover - you would think under a comprehensive policy meaning all encompassed that you would have peace of mind. My bag full of camera gears was stolen during our trip. Went to police station to report it and then 1cover will not cover my claim. extremely disappointed and let down. Been 4-5 times we used 1cover every time we travel

So I got comprehensive travel insurance as I thought it would cover everything. Not so! I mixed up the dates when booking and arrived in London the day after I thought we were going to - costing us 1 night accommodation and having to re-book a rental car - costing us an extra $1600NZD - then we left our prescription sunglasses at one of the restaurants at Heathrow Airport - 1Cover wouldn't cover anything at all as it was an error in making bookings and I left the glasses unattended!

Did not have to make a claim, so really don't feel can comment further. Will use this insurer again

I did this online after exploring other insurance companies and found 1 cover the cheapest. I didn't need to claim but knowing my excess for my rental car was covered gave me piece of mind.

My experience with 1 Cover was just a simple phone call to their 0800 Number and “Voila!” I explained my travel requirements for myself and a friend and just like that we were fully covered.... without hesitation! Paid there and then by credit card. It was that simple and quick.

Always pleased to have a trip with no issues so no need to make a claim but reassuring to have had cover for just in case. I have relied on 1 Cover for a number of overseas travels but to date only had to claim for delayed baggage (arrived 48hrs later); payment for the clothes and toiletries I bought to cover this period was dealt with promptly.

Decided to use 1Cover for a short cruise in NZ with no overseas content. Online application was easy to follow. Online search for a suitable cover led me to 1Cover. Would use this company again.

I have never had a claim on any travel insurance policy in my life.But every time I travel, which is usually ever year for three months for the past ten years, my insurance gets more expensive.This year about December I will leave again for three months. Maybe in June I will go to Aussie for a month. I turned 75 on 8th of April so that will be another hike in the price for insurance.....This annoys me! Because I am fit as a "Buck Rat"and very active, in better condition than many 20 year olds. So I can't really give a proper rating as to your performance because I have never had any claims with any other insurance to compare you with.

1Cover was the only company I could find that would cover my travel on an around New Zealand Cruise. Thank you for making it so easy.
