Great experience with 1Cover, dealt with a few different people doing a claim in relation to a broken iPhone. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and efficient in getting back to me. Information was easy to get and the process was very easy. Am really glad I got the 1Cover insurance policy and will be recommending it to friends and family

Not difficult to understand policy. Bought after comparison with other policies. Extension was easy and cost effective. Timely extension reminder.

Both my wife and myself had to have a policy to cover existing conditions and found the additional cost reasonably priced compared to last time with another company. The Insurance application took a few minutes to complete

I always use ICover for Travel Insurance because with them I know I am safe. On our latest trip I needed emergency hospitalisation, and also lost a hearing aid. They covered both claims with compassion beyond the call of duty. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I've just learnt some travel ins companies charge the $100 excess for each part of a claim made not $100 excess for the entire claim. Now I am aware of this I will certainly be checking before purchase. As yet I haven't examined 1Covers policy - but hope this isn't the case. This is an important detail that needs to be shown right up front - not hidden away in the fine print.

Have used 1Cover at least once or twice a year for many years now. They are easy to communicate with, very helpful, I feel comfortable with the cover I receive and I did have to do a claim last year due to an accident and they were so helpful and made things quite straight forward. About to book insurance again next week. Would and have recommended them to many.

I had free insurance with my bank as I paid with my Visa, but because I had pre existing conditions, they were going to charge me $100 before even talking to me. 1Cover were far cheaper, much easier to deal with and the person I talked to was so nice - even wished me a happy holiday! Great company.

Limiting motorcycle cover to 50cc is too restricting, cover up to 200cc on a standard license would be better.
