Excellent service provided on two occasions I contacted 1 Cover Travel Service. Cant fault service provided, Would recommend to others

Was struck with kidney stones in Thailand and required urgent care. 1Cover were easy to deal with and handled everything for me. Recommended.

A great company to deal with especially as I have a pre-existing condition. Using other companies made travel impossible given their premium loadings.

Unexpected death caused us to cancel our trip to Rarotonga to celebrate a good friends 60th birthday. Very pleased with the helpful staff and ease of the claim process.

We had the unfortunate experience of losing valuable items on a recent trip. The stress and worry was just so much but it was really good that the insurance claim process wasnt a hassle. They were responsive and given all requirements were submitted, the claim is processed very fast. We definitely will stick with them as we are frequent traveller.

i only use 1Cover insurance and have never had to make a claim until now, thank you so much for making it so easy, of course would rather have my trip but not to be this year due to health, thanks once again.

We have no experience with claims because we have had no claims so far. The only request that I would like to make is: why do frequent travelers, as we are, have no discount at all when booking a travel insurance every time we go away. At least 2 per year. I would like to receive a reply with explanation.

I've just had another hassle free holiday but it's great to know 1Cover have your back if things do go wrong. I've only had one holiday mishap that needed to be claimed and the procedure was easy and uncomplicated.
