I found it really easy to extend insurance to cover additional days/ destinations for a really good price too

My partner has quite a few health issues. Another travel insurance company wanted to charge us 4 times as much for the same cover.
1cover was helpful and professional.

All the times I have used 1cover with my travels they have been awesome,will always use that travel insurance.

Staff very polite and helpful over the phone.
Missing luggage overseas, I had to pay for everything at the time, but was reimbursed once I made a claim when I returned from my travels.

I found this so easy to do online. Very good value and the choice of two costs. I have used this cover several times now and will continue using when ever I travel overseas.

Advice for hospital review because of emailed xray was great. Payment of hospital bills and ambulance transport great. Level of care excellent (attended hospital customer care review meeting with senior staff after positive feedback). Flying out relative to assist during recovery to fly great. Bit of confusion over return flights - waiting on confirmation from me resulted in extra days stay as seats taken. Suggest book seats and tell client to get there ! Expectation of contact via phone is an issue - many places can only get intermittent/slow internet. Emails sometimes got lost. Suggest improved linking of emails to case number (ie automation if caseID in title) and alerting. Maybe IM chat in some form - easier for client when comms poor.
Overall, whilst some stresses experienced by myself and daughter at home (comms again) , it would have been far more stressful and medical outcome worse without your help. Not all my trip costs covered , but all my medical and accomodation and flight bills were - so very grateful.

Applying for Travel Insurance was very easy. Documents emailed promptly. I travelled safely, didn't need to claim anything. I would use 1Cover again.
