We have found this the most simple travel insurance, even when we have had to submit a dr certificate

Had initially filled out some of the details wrong and had to contact the company to rectify. Changes were made easily and pleasantly with an email and then customer service contact.

This is the third time I have used 1Cover and I am very happy with their service. Did have a claim one time and this was sorted quickly. The prices are competitive.

When we found out our son had to have urgent surgery two days before our family of six were to go on a 10 day holiday to Singapore and Indonesia, we were devastated. The surgery went well but our holiday was off. We made our claim online and found the process very easy. After a week getting letters of non refund from the airline and Club Med, our claim was accepted. Yesterday, we received full payment for airfares, Club Med, and even the Air B and Bs we had booked. Thoroughly impressed with the whole process

No hassle setting up the insurance and no hassle making a claim, efficient processing of my claim, and credit to my account

Easy to apply online, did not need it luckily but great to know it was there just in case.

All of my queries were answered in a timely manner. When I had difficulty accessing web pages due to limited internet connections, the staff were able to find a way to get me the information I needed.

I did not need to make a claim so I only have the ease of purchase to be happy about.
