Highly responsive great customer focus. None of the nonsense that often seems to be the practice with other insurance providers.

Traveling just for a week from NZ to Australia was pleased to be able purchase medical and hospital cover. Travelled lightly so no need for cover on belongings and flights not too expensive if needed to rebook. Good to see options becoming more common.

The cover was easy to access, and time efficient, was one less thing to worry about and very cost effective. Will highly recommend to all.

Never had to claim thankfully but always easy to get a quote and cover provides everything i need and not been beaten on price by anyone yet! My travel plans are always book flights get 1cover and then book all other aspects such as accommodation and car hire!

My husband fell unwell while we were in the US and had to visit the hospital. 1cover were super easy to contact, answered our questions immediately, and accepted the claim within hours of our lodging. Would definitely use them again.

The cost of my 1Cover insurance for the cover provided is always good. Apart from purchase Ihave had no other interaction has no claim has been made. I do recommend 1Cover to others.

Didn't need to claim ,all good that is what insurance is about ,peace of mind ! had to extend period by one day ,no problem and no extra cost.

Had a flight cancellation. So our trip had to be extended by a day. I called to make sure the coverage would keep us insured for that extra day. we had to the extend the policy and figured we would go about claiming on extra expenses when we got back home.
However were told if we extend the policy we can not make any claims for before that date. So we could either claim for our extra expenses incurred ( additional hotels etc) or have the coverage extended. We were more concerned of being covered in case of a medical emergency so went with that. Disappointing as you would think any time you have a cancellation you likely would have to extend the policy and also have to make claims.

Our daughter put us on this cover, she said it was easy and she uses it every trip she takes.

I didn't end up having to make a claim, however, I almost needed to visit a hospital in the USA. I emailed the overseas email address and they got back to me quickly with information. They were also prompt to give advice on what to do.

The value for money is outstanding and much cheaper then other competitors. They were also helpful when I needed to update my policy to extend it by three months. This was easily done over the phone.
