I'm very sorry to hear about your sister and the circumstances surrounding your travel.
We strive to accommodate our customers as much as we can when having to make changes to their travel. I apologise that the procedure for changing policy dates was not explained clearly to you as we cannot alter dates on a policy if you are making a claim for the original itinerary.
