We could not believe how quickly my daufhters claim was paid out for medical treatment while overseas. 48 hours! Outstanding. We will be renewing our daughters travel policy while she finishes her studies in Europe

The usual insurance claim runaround of stressing trying to find receipts for two year old suitcases and all the usual crap every insurance company makes you do. Thought these guys would be different but apparently not as at the end after all the receipts... still get the message NOT covered by small print!

Ou claim was dealt with efficiently and we had good dialogue with contacts in the office when we required information .

This is the third time I have used 1 cover and it is excellent cover for over 70's I have had no reason to put in a claim so cannot comment on that

Easy to do online, had no issues while away therefore no need for a claim and therefore cannot comment on this.

I don't have much to comment on as we didn't need to make a claim, however I wouldn't hesitate in using 1Cover again. They were good to deal with by phone and email when I had questions prior to signing up and the cover seemed clearer and cheaper than most of the competitors.

It was absolutely easy to make a claim and they did not fuss about anything just provided them with the documents and they sorted it out

Unfortunately have had two instances of having to claim based on unfortunate personal circumstances - these guys have made both bad situations better

Took a while for me to gather my supporting documents, but once I had everything the claim was paid quickly to my bank account

There was a very long delay in processing, this came down to miscommunication and an email being overlooked. Ultimately however was resolved with a positive outcome and will definitely continue to use 1Cover

Ken Truong , was great assistance in seeing us through the claims steps from the initial phone call through to the last completed form.

I was recommended 1Cover by a friend and now I know why. It was easy to buy the insurance, definitely a good price as I shopped around and then when I had to make a claim it was also very straightforward. I am very happy with this company and will be using them again in the future.
