When I bought my cover there was an advert regarding getting another customer and getting a Voucher. I got my Son and Daughter in Law to buy your Insurance so do you send me my voucher now that we are back please?

I have arranged travel insurance through 1Cover many times now. I very much like the simple, clear terms, easy online interface & competitive price. Fortunately, I have not yet made a claim, so have nothing to share in that regard.

I can wholeheartedly recommend 1Cover for travellers. I've used it personally and also for other family members travelling overseas. We could have not asked for more caring and prompt service for processing claims when our daughter was injured overseas during a biking accident. 1Cover kept in touch with us during the weeks following the accident while I daughter was placed in ICU in the States, incurring extensive charges which we could not have afforded. We had enough on our plate without worrying about medical bills. Thankfully we were able to leave the medical payments with 1Cover to sort out for us.

We have no claims experience, thankfully. The sign up was simple and we were confident all was covered. Cost, reasonable.

I made a small claim for a health issue, the claim being about twice the amount of the premium. I submitted the documents attached to an email, and the claim was approved and paid quite quickly.

We have used 1 Cover for our past 6 holidays and only had to do one claim in that time but they are a fantastic insurance policy while on holidays especially as we have a diabetic daughter...peace of mind while travelling!

I didnt need to use the insurance. Got close with a food allergy and got medication it was a simple procedure.

I recently went to Thailand and got a stomach bug and injured my leg. They had a free phone number in Thailand which made life so much easier as I could speak to them then they would liaise with the hospital on my behalf. They emailed and called and made sure I was looked after the whole time.

Reasonable price, easy to buy, great follow up. Easy to understand, haven the had to make a claim, but great peace of mind

Took out this Cover for a recent trip.I found their website informative and was easy to fill out the Cover I required.Also recieved updates on emails and welcome back.The price was great also.Recommend this Company for your travel Insurance in the future.

Very easy to look up and get an estimate online. It was a very easy process to apply for. They accepted pre-existing conditions that my other estimates did not.
