Trip to Perth and then onto Bali planned for husbands 60th birthday, booked for months, and the day before we travel he gets diagnosed with appendicitis!
Once all the paperwork was completed (a very easy process) and lodged, refund was deposited within 2 days. You can't ask for better service than that. We will definitely be using 1Cover again

Following a terrible experience with another travel insurer I changed to 1Cover and have used them many times since. Their help with a medical issue requiring hospitalisation in Cambodia was enough to make me a life long customer.

Stuck in Denver Airport after midnight, flights cancelled, total chaos, 24 hour delays. Missed flight to NZ. The only hotel with a room cost over US$235.
Called "1cover " in NZ from my iPhone. Instant reply and approval to take the room subject to the NZ$100 excess. Pretty good eh!

We had taken out 1Cover Insurance for a trip to Bali. The week before we were due to fly out my son had a specialist appointment & we were told that he required an urgent surgery & would be in hospital for 3 weeks. We provided 1Cover with the relevant information & our claim was accepted & paid out without any undue delays. Great Service.

Took out domestic travel insurance at a very reasonable rate. Never had to claim on travel insurance before, but this time I incurred significant costs due to weather disruptions. Claims process was smooth and hassle free. All sorted online, paid out very quickly

My partner and I were doing a 3 week trip overseas and decided to go for 1 cover, their policy seems more comprehensive than the competitors and they offer good value for money.

Easy to purchase appropriate cover immediately online with clear and easy to understand details of what the policy covers. So simple and stress free. Recommended to me from previous customer and I will now be recommending 1Cover also.

Thankfully we did not need to make a claim while away, but we found 1Cover to be a comprehensive travel policy at an excellent price compared to most others.

Fortunately I didn't have to make a Claim but felt secure with the Cover I had for a reasonable cost. I found it very easy to get sorted on the Website and would use ICover for future travel insurance.
