We have used 1 cover for the past 4 overseas trips we have done. We find 1 cover value for money and easy to obtain. Although we have had no claims, a close relative has and I was amazed how efficiently and hassle free the claim process was. Well recommend 1 cover.

Had two quotes from the company a week or two apart the second quote was much more expensive, I found this hard to understand but apart from that I would recommend this company.

didn't need to make a claim, but i found this policy to exactly meet my needs, not too much extras that i wouldn't use, but covered if something goes wrong.

Only issue was having to ring on my cellphone and put on hold for about 10 minutes. Really expensive .However they did ring me back when I rased it

We put in a claim for travel delay after our flight was diverted to another airport due to fog,resulting in a twelve hour delay-our claim was paid out without question or delay- very impressed

I found the 1 Cover Travel Insurance was well priced and gave me the confidence to travel knowing that if I was to have any problems 1 Cover would be there for me.

We went on holiday for 24 days to Bali. As we are getting older, we wanted to go with peace of mind - just in case! We had a great holiday, no mishaps, but always had peace of mind knowing that it anything did happen we would get back to NZ with no problems as we were insured.
