Have used 1Cover many times in the last 15 years. Prompt payout for previous claim. But found getting my insurance accepted a hassle this time, being over 70.

Quick, easy, best price and good follow up information about how to claim, i.e. freephone 0800 and certificate to print etc.

Requiring Medical Travel Insurance was much easier than I first envisaged. Once I decided on the best Insurance Co. to go with as many Travel Insurance Co.'s won't give you just Medical. I certainly 'shopped around', spoke to many people and they all said '1Cover'.....Price was right, explained every detail, helped me immensely with filling out the forms etc. I was more than pleased..

After many years using another travel insurance company who suddenly changed their way of covering us, we found 1Cover. We got the travel cover with 1Cover that we wanted without great big excesses. They also seem to be interested in us with follow-ups.

My claim was handled quickly and efficiently by Rohit, who was also very fast about extending my policy. Will be using 1Cover again in future.

Wonderful service, highly recommended. Very cost effective. Would use again. I found communication by email excellent as being overseas its difficult to do claims etc by phone.

Haven't had to claim so not sure what this is like. Had to change the dates we were leaving and this was no problem at all and was dealt with immediately. 2nd time we have used 1Cover and has been easy both times. Yet to claim so not sure how that rates.

Thier cover is cost effective and comprehensive, however, we were not aware that if we suffered a medical condition, that we would be lumped with the high costs in the USA, we had to pay upfront to get medical care. This crippled our holiday, we now need to make a claim and wait 10 days for the cost to be reimbursed to us.

We have been impressed by the overall efficiency of the team. When we decided to extend our travel we had no problem with extending our insurance and when we had to make a claim it was quickly attended to. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
