TINZ was best value for money when we were shopping for travel insurance. we had no cause to claim so cannot comment on that aspect.

Even though phone was clearly stolen and had all supporting evidence the policy states because it was outside of daylight hours and was stolen from a secure locked compartment on a scooter it was not covered. I think this is unfair and should be reviewed!! I have used 1Cover on a number of occasions and never claimed and now I will not use them again after this experience.

Easiest travel Insurance ever to have. Covered all my needs. Did not need to claim. Would use TINZ again. Good value.

I found the sign-up process super easy and quick. I had a question about the wording in the PDS and sent an email through to the customer service team and they replied within 24 hours with a full answer to my question. This is the second time I have gotten insurance with them and will definitely do it again in the future.

For peace of mind it's absolutely great knowing I was taken care of, which meant I could really enjoy my holiday!

This policy covers all events required, it was easy to purchase. I do not know what claims are like but have had several policies over the last five years all of which have been satisfactory

We have used 1cover a number of times now finding them best value insurers. Unfortunately our last holiday had to be cancelled. It did take time and effort to fill in the required forms for a refund but we're happy to say that we had a full refund within a very short time. We will be using them for our next holiday travel.

Especially when you're travelling to New country you've never been to before, you doesn't even know what could have it happen and having travel insurance just gives you that little bit of peace of mind and makes your travels a little bit more relaxing knowing that you've got it.

I've used 1Cover for the past three trips I've made overseas and it's so easy to select the cover you want at an affordable price. I've used other travel insurances before but 1Cover is the one for me now.

We didn’t have any issues so didn’t need to claim for anything over our 6 weeks in the States. However , it’s was Nice to know that if either of us had suffered an accident or loss, we would have been covered. And this group is one of a few who cover motorcyclist riding overseas . Thank you
