Here at 1Cover we aim to continually provide a good quality product, we offer quality cover and legendary customer service whilst maintaining affordable policy premiums. So whilst our competitors have trimmed costs – we have done the opposite – hiring Doctors and nurses as to be on our 24/7 emergency assistance team, doubling our call centre staff, having local call centres in Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland rather than the outsourcing overseas.
There are countless decisions like this where we focus on putting the customer first, which no doubt is far costlier, but it is a far better service.
