Bought insurance for grandparents and 7 grandchildren travelling together. Easy to purchase, pre-existing conditions listed and covered automatically - gave such peace of mind. Total value for money. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

This is my second overseas trip that I have used 1Cover insurance for my daughter and myself for overseas holidays and although thankfully we had no reason to claim it was comforting to know that we were covered in any emergency.

We were about to claim but then my son managed to get better they were very understanding and were in contact with us every step. Seriously A+ service

Very pleasantly surprised at the ease of buying travel insurance.
Questions for pre existing conditions more inclusive and accepting of long standing, medicated conditions.
Have health insurance with a major provider I have regular check ups and seek second opinions if any doubts however this means I am more aware of any potential health issues/concerns. I am then obliged to declare any “known” issues which works against those of us who spend the money to keep on top of our health.
This was not as discriminating with one cover.

We were delayed in LA for 2 days, no luggage and given a voucher by our airline for a night in the roughest part of the city, we did not feel safe in our accommodation. Rang 1 Cover and were told that we had a bed for the night and that we should be happy.
1 Cover did nothing to help and were evasive when we asked as to our entitlements under our insurance.

Travel at least 3 times internally and only use this company
Their pricing is more effective and covers most unforeseen circumstances
There should be a discounted rate for return customers. I highly recommend TINZ

The product is easy to purchase and is reasonable value for money and goid cover. I have only had small claim a few years ago with very little issues

Easy to purchase 1Cover insurance online and having the confidence that we were covered for everything especially when taking extra children along as well as our own. Over the years we have used 1Cover have never had to claim but knowing we were covered is peace of mind.

1st Cover was easy to purchase from online with good communication and competitive price. Fortunately I did not need to claim so I can't rate claims. I shall purchase my future travel insurance from 1st Cover.

Travel insurance is a must have, so when looking for travel insurance, the requirements are - comprehensive cover with no fish hooks, we didn't have to claim for anything, but hopefully our coverage was adequate.

I found being able to do insurance for three trips at the same time and over the phone, including pre-existing conditions, very simple with no forms to complete.

Was super concerned about travel insurance, but felt secure when using 1cover should anything have gone wrong. The website layout made it easy to use, instructions were clear and the process was fast.
