I bought a comphrehensive policy for 3 travellers months in advance of travel so I knew I had the money for it and it was another tick on the to do list. My son was given an opportunity to travel another 3 weeks more and I requested to extend the policy just for him for the additional 3 weeks. It was not something that they would do so I had to pay another 3 weeks for 3 people instead of 1 as it worked out very slightly cheaper than taking out a new policy for 1 person for the 3 weeks. It worked out quite expensive and an expense I was not happy with. Apart from that everything was a simple process.

We have used 1Cover now on 4 separate occasions. We find them one of the cheapest around. On our latest trip my husband had a medical event which meant we had to claim on our travel insurance. Im happy to say that the claims process was excellent and they dealt with our claim really quickly. Highly recommend this company

I have insured with 1cover for the past 3 years when travelling to Europe and fortunately I have not needed to lodge a claim as yet therefore I am unable to comment on the companies claims processes

Great way to organise travel insurance. Comprehensive cover and the annual option is very handy if you travel a lot as we do.
Haven't (as yet) had to test how good they are at settling claims though.

Although we had no problems during our travel, but it was nice to hear from other travelers also using this policy that what happened to them was fully covered and promptly dealt with by 1cover.

Although didn't need to make a claim, the online application process was straightforward and efficient, and I was confident in the cover provided.

I found it really easy to understand what is and is not covered by the policies offered. Also, as my husband has pre-existing conditions to be covered, the process was very simple to arrange the required extra cover online. TINZ covers motorcycle travel - which is very important for us.
We have used TINZ insurance twice now - thankfully we have not needed to make a claim.

Compared very favorably with other companies for price and cover. I have always used 1 Cover since I discovered it.

It was easy to get cover for our trip to Australia, including for my partner who is 78 and had a stroke last year.
