Delighted with this travel insurance so far. I am a new customer so have not made a claim yet but very impressed with the service and the prompt replies to requests etc

Insure children but expect them to behave like adults. Never again. Thank god it wasn't an emergency where I was relying on your company.

TINZ kept me onformed of when my cover was due to lapse, the proces of acquiring cover was very easy and I had peace of mind whilst travelling that I was covered.

I nearly made a mistake with my application regarding medical conditions. I decided to ring 1Cover direct to ensure I was covered. It turned out that I would not have been covered for a pre-existing medical condition. The reason was explained to me in full to my satisfaction. I was then required to complete a simple medical assessment and was approved for cover at a small additional cost. If you have any doubt regarding medical issues it would pay to contact 1Cover directly. I had peace of mind during my trip which was the main purpose for taking out travel insurance. Great service from 1Cover.

I have been using them for several times on my travel and they are competitive in price and easy to deal with. Claim process was simple and promptly addressed in timely manner

Very helpful help desk. Was able to confirm that my health was covered as it has been 5 years plus since being in full remission for cancer. Some other insurers will not provide cover even if you have been in remission for longer.

No issues this last trip, but we did claim last holiday and communication was fast, easily understandable and resolved quickly.
