I think there are 4 trips now I have used TINZ travel insurance for a different country on each occasion. Obtaining & easy acceptance/purchase online via website. Fortunately on each trip I have not had to make a claim but it is the 'peace of mind' that I am purportedly covered.

We found it so very easy to get cover for our travel will be doing so again very soon.

I use 1 Cover every time I travel because they're very easy to use and reasonably priced. The one time I had to make a claim, it was super simple!

taking out the insurance was an easy and smooth experience and even though there was a couple of hiccups with data it was fixed with no hassles . very easy to talk to the person on other end of phone.

As the policy was not used for anything. I can not rate how good the product is regarding claims. Very easy to obtain product online.

I extended my policy by a day but the online process looked like it was about to rebill the original cost not the extension cost so I resorted to phoning the call centre

If you are unfortunate enough to make a claim it is usually settled immediately without question. Such a good service. Have used them for the last 7 years.

My claim, both when I was overseas and when I returned home was an excellent experience, handled efficiently and without delay, all completed within 7 days. Thank you
I travel extensively and always use 1Cover for my travel insurance

Have used 1 Cover a lot and have always been there when needed which has only been once. Would highly recommend.

Online sign up easy to access, clearly describing each option available. No fuss insurance cover -thankfully I didnt need to use it.

Have used 1Cover numerous times now and it's always easy and stress free. Have had too make a claim while in Hungary and the customer service I received was outstanding.

Thankfully I didn't need to make a claim, but service, value for money and ease of use, exceptional once again.
