1Cover provided excellent service from the initial accident through to the claims process. Communication was good from the start and the claim was processed quickly and hassle free.We would certainly use 1Cover for future trips and would highly recommend them.

In our ten months of travel we had no need to make a claim so do not know how good they were.

Simple straight forward coverage from 1Cover at a realistic price.
I originally insured with Covermore via AirNZ but on closer examination their policy and advertising material was quite frankly devious and misleading.

Had a trip to Vanuatu that fell apart due to a tropical cyclone. Claims process was very easy and quick, no hassles. Will be using them again.

Have unfortunately had to make 2x claims in recent years , But cover 1 have been absolutely brilliant in regard to the said claims. I frequently travel to UK and will certainly insure with them again. Highly recommendable insurance company.

Injured myself on Thursday, sent my claim through on friday. Saturday it was all sorted. Super easy, quick response to confirm and fix any issues with bank accounts

I can not recommend TINZ enough! I have used them a number of times and have had nothing but positive experiences.

I’ll write about the claim I made below but I want to note the amazing service when I tried to call. I was trying to arrange insurance for mum to join us on a holiday on my phone. She needed a pre-existing condition covered and I could not get through the process of purchasing on my phone so I called TINZ. Before the phone was answered I figured I’d be best to try the process on a non mobile device (my laptop). The purchase all worked on my laptop the following day when I tried. But - I got a phone call the same day I remembered to try on my laptop (and bought the insurance) asking if everything was okay because I’d called and hung up! I think that is incredible service!

I have only made one claim - I got a broken windscreen in Slovakia. I emailed TINZ who made a very stressful situation as stress free as it could be (I was trying to deal with Avis who had English speakers and repair people who did not!). Coupled with that, this was one of the few claims I’ve ever made and the first travel insurance claim!) The whole claim process was easy and the payment was really prompt. I would feel very confident making a claim again (but hope I do not have to!)

I would never go anywhere else for my travel cover and I’d recommend TINZ to everyone.

TINZ service is excellent and they have a high-speed response rate. The claim approval process is fast and easy.

Prompt answering of claims request following lost luggage. Clearly communicated process. Claim then supported by efficient back office processing. Would recommend.
