Always a requirement when you travel overseas when you are in doubt (should I or shouldn't I) I have always use 1 cover when I do international travels .

We had to contact them in London and they were easy to get hold of and very helpful and answered all the concerns we had.

Although we did not need to make any claims while overseas, it was so good knowing that we were covered if there was a hiccup in our plans. Thanks for ensuring we were covered, we had no problems with the service we received when sorting our insurance needs initially. Will definitely utilize TINZ again.

We had luggage go missing for 5 days. Zoom replied very quickly, compensated us with no questions answered even after I added on a claim about the suitcase being damaged. Would 100% recommend and we will definitely use them again. Thanks Zoom

This was the first time I’ve needed to make a claim on travel insurance on a recent trip made to Australia. A major ‘ding’ with a rental car would have meant I was looking at having to pay the excess of up to A$4000. How glad I was to have taken out travel insurance with 1Cover including rental car excess. A representative at 1Cover handled the claim promptly and efficiently, once she had all the information she required. Definitely using 1Cover again for future travel.

I wasted money on this policy as had to cancel my travel plans at the last min and got refunded on ever aspect of my trip except travel insurance, which is very disappointing as a customer

Fortunately no claim needed to be put through during my stay so can't comment on contact centre customer service.
But I like the welcoming email and the goodbye email.

Had to claim for additional flight due to Air New Zealand cancelled flight. Claim submitted and approved in 1 day. Great service.

They do not pay out the replacement value for stolen items. Also, they ask for receipts on items even if they are a gift. Be careful before you take out a policy.

I have been using 1Cover for many years and never had to make a claim until recently. I thought maybe it would be complicated difficult and very time consuming but it was the exact opposite. I will continue to use 1Cover for many more years to come. I recommend 1Cover 100% to other travelers.
