Frustrating process dealing with more than 10 different workers. No consistency. Was left feeling annoyed. I would struggle to recommend this service to others.

I can't speak highly enough of my recent claim experience with 1Cover Travel Insurance. It was quick and easy to make the claim on line. Within a few days my claim had been processed and the outcome decision emailed to me. Staff were very friendly, helpful and made sure that I had all questions answered to my satisfaction. I highly recommend 1Cover Travel Insurance. I felt safe dealing with them and totally trust them. 5-star plus customer service experience for me dealing with them.

Really easy to get the insurance and when I came back from holiday, there was some damage to a specific item due to my own personal neglect.
I have gathered all the necessary evidence, quotes and documentation that was required on the website and launched the claim.
Less than 5 hours later I have received a confirmation that they will cover the damage and will pay the set amount into my account.
I couldn't believe how quick and easy everything was.

we had a quote with our tickets, it wasn't a bad price I thought for two adults. But 1Cover came up on my FB feed and I thought I would compare. Identical levels of cover (only I could opt for a lower excess) and the price was half the quote from our agent. It was a no brainer, online reviews supported 1cover as a great option.

Incredible service, fast claims payout and generall all round awesome insurance company to have on your side.

I’ve always used TINZ as they are easy to use and good value for money. I’ve claimed once which was also a easy process. I recommend these guys to everyone I know that travels.

While on a cruise ship, I identified a melanoma, which needed immediate excision and histology. 1Cover was very prompt in providing the go-ahead, in following up progress, and in settling the claim. Excellent!

I had two claims submitted after a recent trip to Bali, one for medical and one for camera damage. Both were settled quickly and in full, minus the excess as per the policy. The service was great and the premium cost was the lowest by far of several NZ companies I checked out.

I will not use your company again, online claim form too complicated. To replace my glasses, i had to send a copy of receipt, airline ticket, receipt of glasses that had faded unable to copy all on line which was difficult for me to do. I even rang from Australia and their customer service advised me that it would be easy to do the claim at home - untrue. I am 75 years old and have basic computer skills, so i will just have to buy a new pair (i even went to a jeweler and they said they couldn't fix the arm.) And forget about saving some of the cost of new glasses.
