Very happy with the cover we recieved and lucky we did because my daughter got an ear infection on the second day of a 10 cruise round the islands. Doctors are expensive on a cruise ship. 1cover covered it no problem and with fast prompt easy claim process. Will be using you guys again and reconmmend you to. Thanks Taryn

Obtaining a policy that suits me was easy. Making a claim was also easy. I spoke to a representative over the phone and was told whether or not my policy covered the event that occurred and was emailed the list of information I needed to be able to make the claim. Overall, was very happy with my experience with 1Cover.

We haven't needed to use the cover (thankfully) previously, but were totally impressed with the ease and speed with which the claim was processed. We'll certainly be staying with you for future travel requirements - thank you!

Unfortunately we had to make a claim. The claim was very easy, we submitted the form on the Wednesday, had a text response saying they had received the claim next morning and the claim was accepted in the afternoon. Payment was made within 7 days, Thank you for not adding to our woes.

After a number of years using 1Cover quite happily as the coverage and price was competitive I had to make a claim. The approval process was very rapid and most satisfactory. Will continue to use with confidence

The few times we have used 1Cover have always found it value for money compared with other companies and very fortunately we have never had to have a claim.

While in Melbourne last week we sighted taxis advertising your brand on the rear boot of their cabs. They really stood out and made a very clear statement. Well done as we rate your brand as the best in the travel industry of which our Travel Agency Franchise is very aware of . We make this statement having traveled 6 times around the world. Visited 76 countries and done in access of 30 trips abroad.

I have been traveling my whole life and more recently have been living overseas. This has by far been the best experience I have had with any insurance company—I can't say enough good about 1Cover and recomend them to all my loved ones.

I found my claims process very efficient and helpful all done by email. I did not send all the info and got help on what I needed to do to complete the claim process
