Buying travel insurance from 1Cover was very simple and easy. 1Cover was also much more affordable compared to other insurance companies. Thank you!

The second time we have used1 Cover and we are again very satisfied with the price and the cover arranged. Fortunately we have no need to clain for any illness or inury so I can not comment on that part.

I never needed to use it but it's was great knowing I was fully covered and the amount I spent certainly didn't put a dent in my wallet.

Having used 1Cover on 3 occasions now I can now vouch for their excellent service. Never having had to make a claim before, we were unsure how things would be. I had a heart attack in USA last trip and so my cover was not cheap at NZ1200 for 35 days away in USA but when I got infected shingles around my eye and came home a day early, they covered the extra flight from Melbourne as well as all the doctors and medications in the US. You hear so much negative stuff about travel insurance but it was great to find it worked well for us. Sure we could have stayed in US and had a much bigger bill so maybe that helped. Still very impressed.

With one really simple call, all of our insurance needs were meet which gave us peace of mind that if anything was to go wrong we were covered. Which resulted in a stress free vacation.

I realised afterwards that I would have been better claiming from my personal insurance for broken glasses, as they provide replacement.

I didn't have to claim for anything. Applied the day before my flight. Too easy. I highly recommend TINZ to my friends and family.

Cheapest insurance at the time of purchase. Fast service. All required information was provided. I would certainly recommend one cover to my friends.

Best buy as far as benefits versus cost is concerned. No knowledge of how good claims procedure would be.

I got the insurance whilst travelling and had only planned to where I knew where I had booked. Therefore, I would still need to extend later on.

I have an email from 1cover saying if I want to extend my cover I can.... Although, I could only ring the New Zealand landline number and give my reference number. Only trouble is... I'm in Italy with no way of calling you!!!! Funny that.

I flew to Thailand, went without insurance for a few days until I looked online again. I thought the price was quite expensive therefore looking at other insurances.

Not to mention, 1Cover has a 72 hour stand down period (I think off the top my head) and I found one that gives you cover straight away for cheaper.

If you wanted my business (which I generally go with 1Cover) you should have made it easier for me to extend my insurance, not me looking for another one. Normal business skills really...

My son ended up in a Bangkok Hospital due to a stomach infection. The Team at 1Cover were so helpful! They put my mind at ease, they paid the 'bill' before he had even left the Hospital. I would also like to commend them on the follow up calls not only to myself but to my son. I even got a call on the day of his flight home to check that he was able to make that flight. thank you 1Cover, I will be singing your praises from the rooftops!

Found 1Cover when searching internet for travel insurance and was a bit apprehensive but after studying it I found that they have good fair policies and are well priced. Very easy to apply for on the internet. Luckily I didn't have to claim, but I was confident that if I did have a problem then they would take care of me. Highly recommend giving 1Cover a go next time you travel.
