Easy and explains clearly what you are covered for, received emails during and after my trip. Will most definetly use TINZ again and have recommended to freinds.

It is quick and easy to arrange 1 cover travel insurance and great value for money. In all the times we have taken travel insurance with 1 cover we have never had to claim but I have put my parents on to using 1 cover travel insurance and they last trip they took they had to claim and my mother was so impressed with how easy the claim process was and how quickly they paid out.
We will definitely continue to us 1 Cover Travel insurance for all our future trips.

Very impressed with effeciency and speed of processing and paying out of claim. Some people i have spoken to had not heard of you, but they have now and were going to google 1 cover to obtain a quote.

I have used 1Cover several times now for overseas trips. As yet I have never had to make any type of claim so it is difficult to assess how successful this would be BUT I can say that 1Cover provide a wide cover for anyones travel needs at a very competitive price.

After providing medical details info application seemed to get lost in system. I had to keep making contact to complete process.

As usual I have never had reason to use this insurance but still gave me immense peace of mind when traveling in the USA where health is so very expensive
