Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really appreciate it. Those UK events were truly awful and a worrying time for all. We cover terrorism events in terms of them happening, and customers needing 24/7 overseas medical assistance or hospital treatment. It's not part of our policy however to cover cancellation when people change their mind due to the threat of terrorism.
