Great company to deal with as I have had a heart attack 6 years ago and have stents. Some other companies didn't want to insure me or the price was very expensive. 1 Cover were very well priced and very quick in coming back to me to confirm that I had the insurance I needed to travel with. I will definitely use them again.

After the hassle (and the fact we had had several trips using them) we thought we may get our whole premium repaid as a good will gesture.

I have dealt with various staff members of TINZ while working on my claim. I must say that I received nothing but the utmost courtesy. Everyone was eager to deal with me in a very professional manner as though it was their own claim that had lodged with you.

Over the years we have used SCTI for travel insurance.
As they advised us in a rather rude manner that they did not undertake the type of Insurance product to cover the type of cruise we were taking around New Zealand I undertook some investigation on the internet and found your company. We were away for 7 months, so travel insurance was quite expensive. We had to make a claim for a dental emergency and the process was easy and very customer friendly. After 8 years of hell dealing with Allianz insurance after the Christchurch earthquakes this restored my faith in the value of insurance. We will definitely use TINZ again.

My family and I recently went on holiday after searching for travel insurance we found Zoom had the best value for money. Unfortunately our trip was was interrupted due to a weather event. From our first contact regarding our claim, Zoom has been awesome very helpful and professional through the whole process. Which by the way is very easy. I found the communication hard - I was trying to email and did not always get a response. Being in the country the internet connect was not great so email was easiest way for me. I am hoping today I will hear something about the email I sent through while in Canada. I did send an email last week, however they said I had to contact some other area - if I am reply I am not sure why I would need to do that. Makes it confusing to communicate and understand what needs done.

Thankfully I didn't need to find out how the claims process works, but purchasing insurance was very easy and was the cheapest option when I was looking.

When I lived in Europe I had an annual CW Insurance which covers me internationally as well as locally if hiring a vehicle. It made it all so easy. Would be great if you would consider launching a similar product.
