We have just come back from Australia and had no problems. We had to cancel a trip back in May and were very impressed with the way 1Cover handled our claims. Very efficient. We would always give 1Cover our business for that reason so long as the premiums are affordable, of course.

Overall very happy apart from some concerns about irrelevant questions in the claims process such as the total cost of the trip.

I chose 1Cover due to their great reviews and I was so glad I did. The overall price of insurance was great, and cheaper than other places but you receive more coverage.I got sick while away overseas, I rang the emergency line which was incredibly helpful and they followed up with me to make sure I was ok and had all I needed. Then making a claim when I returned to NZ was super easy and I had no issues.I would highly recommend 1Cover and will absolutely be using them for all future travel. Thank you!

Seamless, no hassle in sorting this out before I left and it was done all online. Value for money and thankfully we didn't have to claim anything back but having the assurance that we are covered was great.

I had a visit to the Cruise Ship Hospital. Two days later I filed a Claim with 1 Cover. Took me a few days to supply them with the necessary documents. After about 10 days the Claims money was deposited into my Bank a/c. It was just so easy. I will definitely keep my Travel Insurance with 1 Cover.

my husband has a pre-existing heart condition and our bank will not cover us with their credit card insurance. 1Cover covered him after we completed the questionnaire and a phone call. All very seamless and prompt. We thought the premium was very reasonable for the peace of mind.

Hi, I have pre-existing medical conditions, but the pre approval process was very easy, the whole thing was sorted in a couple of days. Will definitely use TINZ again next year when I go to Italy.
