I had been diagnosed with a medical problem, no worries in getting insurance easy to setup and understand the process in getting travel insurance to Australia. I found this quote online and cheap insurance, got policy straight away on my phone.

A claim was placed, all was going well.
"Please fill out this form. Please provide receipts. Please explain this.."
I spent hours doing what was asked of me.
"Sorry, but you can no longer make this claim".
No explanation given. Rude and now I'm being ignored.

Didn't have to do much. The quote i got was very fast and all i had to do was read the quote and if I was satisfied i just had to pay for it. It was awesome thank you very much Willie Dombroski

Travelled to Samoa and there were multiple delays with Samoa Airways which meant additional expenses eek!

I have never had to make a travel insurance claim before but Keanu was helpful and supportive - especially since it was a struggle to get relevant documentation from the airline to support my claim.

I have always used 1 Cover because their prices and what they cover is very competitive but after this experience it will be hard to go anywhere else when this company offers such exceptional service. Thanks Keanu and thanks 1 Cover!

Great customer service I have always used 1cover and until I get better service and value for money then I will always be a 1cover customer.

My daughter suffered a severe infection while we were on holiday that required treatment multiple times over the space of 6 weeks. The claim was easy to make and the staff were very helpful. It is my first time having to use my travel insurance and it was an easy one. Will definitely be using zoom again on our next trip.

I went on holiday with peace of mind knowing that I was covered for any incident that may occur prior to and on holiday.

The means of having arranged the cover was very simple, and the peace of mind it brought to my wife and I was well worth the premium for the 2 weeks journey.

I found the site the internet,it was quick and easy to follow,and straight forward.and it seemed to cover our pre existing conditions that we have had for more than twelve months

Having peace of mind while in Singapore during CNY. Recent Flue scares could have caused major disruptions to our travels but we Knew we had all bases covered with Zoom if flights or medical issues arose.

1 Cover were easy to deal with, straight forward policy documents and they covered us for horse riding which many travel insurance companies do not. Although we didn't have to claim we had peace of mind.
