Too Easy and I would 100% recommend to others as it is simple to work out and complete before travelling.

Process was easy online, I didn't have to claim on this policy but have known other people that have claimed without any issues.

I have used One Cover for all my travels and it is very easy when choosing the right plan, covers all my needs and very competitive rates. Would definitely continue to use this company for travel insurance.

Ended up having to claim unfortunately. They processed the claim and paid the money into my account within a couple of weeks, but I never received any correspondence detailing what was paid etc. A bit of a weird was to do business, but I'm happy I at least I got something back.

TINZ were really easy to deal with; firstly their services are very affordable, and secondly great communication! They gave me all the information i needed really quickly. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Had to contact the emergency number as I booked my insurance for the departure date (forgetting that I arrive home on another day) The operator wasn't able to confirm my cover through their system but did make a note to cover me should something happen. Also advised someone from sales would contact me, but nothing yet.

Had the need to make a claim for a hotel booking we were unable to utilise because of a diverted flight - didn’t realise that the excess didn’t apply - so got a pleasant surprise when we were reimbursed the full amount and it was all done without drama and processed very quickly.

Tinz were great to deal with and great value, even with my pre existing condition they were still a great price
