The company I booked my flights through had failed to confirm my flights home. So I was left in Denpensar airport, having to buy additional flights home. When I rung and emailed 1Cover there was no reply.

The websited is easy to work from and in the past 1Cover have paid out on a claim with no hesitation.

I didn’t need to use my travel insurance thankfully but I was very impressed with the cover offered for the price I payed. Thanks will buy next time!

Very affordable. Very easy application process. A small extra payment covered some previous health issues. Happily, I did not need to claim - but knowing I was covered gave me great peace of mind.

We didn't have any insurance claims. But we did have to contact 1Cover to make a few changes and adjustments to our plans. And every time their service was very friendly and professional.

Do your homework before insuring with Cigna. Look for a travel company offering more/extensive cover. Cigna has limited cover in situations, more exclusions, unlike some other travel companies. Found out the hard (and very expensive) way and claim not accepted. In the same tragic situation, family with other insurance companies the claim was accepted and fully paid out.
Also customer support slack and inefficient taking months to advise of outcome. Very distressing.
Do the research, you can find travel insurance companies with really good cover and reasonably priced.

Brilliant to travel feeling secure with the knowledge of comprehensive cover behind us - thankfully nit requiring to make any claims!
