I regret that we provided you with bad service and a poor customer experience, it is the exact opposite of what we pride ourselves on.
We aim to respond to emails as quick as possible but we advise this can take up to 2-3 business days for a response and to call us if you require an urgent answer, all phone numbers are provided on your certificate of insurance. You can also submit claims details online on our make a claim page.
Keeping an open dialogue with our customers is how we improve our service, so thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
