Your service is very efficient and I believe it is really good value. Always puts the mind at rest.

Customer support was great, however they did not reimburse me for alternative flights or my full accomodation. My original trip was delayed due to a cyclone, our flights were cancelled and I was forced to get new (more expensive) flights which was not reimbursed. Also I bought 2 rooms for my family and I at our accom due to resort policy needing 2 rooms if your children are over the age of 16. I was told I was only covered for 1 accom room, even though all 4 of us including my children were covered and added to the policy. I was quite disappointed in this.

Our trip was booked November 2019 and travel insurance purchased at same time with TINZ.<br/>Trip did not eventuate due to our cruise being cancelled by Royal Caribbean. TINZ were less than helpful with any claim as cancellation due to coronavirus outbreak. Look carefully in fineprint of your travel insurance when you purchase. Policy was a complete waste of money for us and did nothing to ease the loss of the trip.

Easy process to get the insurance with little to no hassle and price wise definitely competitive. Would recommend them and use them again but unsure how well the claims process would go.

We had a wonderful holiday as we knew we were covered for any mishap should it happen. Certainly recommend TINZ

Really very easier to do. My travel friends also used this service as it had a alpine skiing cover for Japan.

Once again I had no reason to claim but peace of mind that I had cover just in case.

I always find the TiNZ website easy to deal with and feels good value for money. Although I have not yet tested the claims process, I am confident it would be fair.

We had to extend our travel insurance policy multiple times, and it was an easy process, thanks to TINZ personnel.

Airline changed homeward flight, brought it forward 17hrs on same day meaning a long layover, 19hrs, at Hong Kong, requiring an airport hotel for 12 hours. I managed to get a hotel voucher from airline so did not claim but all the wording in the TINZ policy refers to delays not flights brought forward - our travel day was 62hrs long without the hotel. Please advise how the TINZ would have responded to a claim for hotel?
Didn't get through. Same song over and over and over and over again. Gets super-tedious quickly. Gave up after 45mins. :-(
