Zoom Travel Insurance Review

So pleased to be able to be covered for my husbands pre exiting conditions and it was at a great price too. Will certainly be referring family and friends to Zoom

I had been diagnosed with a medical problem, no worries in getting insurance easy to setup and understand the process in getting travel insurance to Australia. I found this quote online and cheap insurance, got policy straight away on my phone.

It was the easiest site to get Insurance, especially for existing medical conditions. The total Zoom insurance was cheaper than the additional fees other major companies charged to cover the existing medical conditions alone.<br/><br/>It was so easy to drill down each condition and answer the questions. Others have non-medical experts that you have to call on the phone. And these experts make you lie so that you have to say you have conditions that you dont, just to be covered.

My daughter suffered a severe infection while we were on holiday that required treatment multiple times over the space of 6 weeks. The claim was easy to make and the staff were very helpful. It is my first time having to use my travel insurance and it was an easy one. Will definitely be using zoom again on our next trip.

Having peace of mind while in Singapore during CNY. Recent Flue scares could have caused major disruptions to our travels but we Knew we had all bases covered with Zoom if flights or medical issues arose.

A claim was placed, all was going well.<br/>"Please fill out this form. Please provide receipts. Please explain this.."<br/>I spent hours doing what was asked of me.<br/>"Sorry, but you can no longer make this claim".<br/>No explanation given. Rude and now I'm being ignored.

A truly no fuss experience when dealing with Zoom. You will not be disappointed. Very easy to setup, prices are competitive, and in most cases better than their rivals. It's all about a win win situation, helping the community, and providing a great cost performance experience. Thanks Zoom!

My family and I recently went on holiday after searching for travel insurance we found Zoom had the best value for money. Unfortunately our trip was was interrupted due to a weather event. From our first contact regarding our claim, Zoom has been awesome very helpful and professional through the whole process. Which by the way is very easy. I found the communication hard - I was trying to email and did not always get a response. Being in the country the internet connect was not great so email was easiest way for me. I am hoping today I will hear something about the email I sent through while in Canada. I did send an email last week, however they said I had to contact some other area - if I am reply I am not sure why I would need to do that. Makes it confusing to communicate and understand what needs done.

Wonderful hassle free travel insurance. My questions were answered promptly and advice was very helpful. Fantastic price for peace of mind travelling with everything covered. I would definitely recommend.

Fortunately, we did not have any problems with our travel but it is good having peace of mind. We used Zoom as there were good reports from previous users with their travel claims.
