TINZ Travel Insurance Review

Your TINZ cover was a security for our cruise round NZ and it was hassle free to make application for such. It met our budget as 'oldies' and will recommend it to our family and friends

Claim to cover cancellations, delays and alternative arrangements but Policy terms and conditions rule out all common or likely causes of these<br/>Other terms also rule out most likely events that could result in a claim Not really travel insurance, just a money making scheme

When called for assistance, I was pretty much told that I could do whatever I wanted but I would be told whether I would have any pay off only once I would have engaged money myself. With no guarantee whatsoever. Will not use again.

We had no problems from the time we took out the Insurance but as again we didn't have a claim there was no reason to have a problem.

I use TINZ every time I travel, no matter the destination. I have not yet had to make a claim and I hope if I ever do the service is as good as the rest

I had to claim medical costs while in the US. I was so relieved that TINZ paid the bill directly without me having to carry the cost. <br/><br/>Also the claims process was so easy and quick.<br/><br/>Everyone I dealt with was so helpful and friendly.<br/><br/>The whole experience of dealing with TINZ was great - and a huge relief as getting big medical bill is very scary.

Great insurance company, easy to deal with. We didn't have a claim this time, but have in the past and it was no problem. Will keep using TINZ as we have had no problems at all.

Was the simplest sign up payment and service! Everything is over email so no need to waste paper printing the docs, also this was the cheapest travel insurance with all the benefits of other providers, I did not have to claim so cant comment on that

Very good online Travel Insurance. Easy to understand,clear language & many pre-existing medical issues are covered. <br/>Have never claimed but have used the cover several times & will again.
