TINZ Travel Insurance Review

Thank you for the easy way to buy travel insurance. I am sure if I had needed to claim it would have been a breeze.

I have dealt with various staff members of TINZ while working on my claim. I must say that I received nothing but the utmost courtesy. Everyone was eager to deal with me in a very professional manner as though it was their own claim that had lodged with you. <br/><br/>If everything goes well, we will be going overseas again this year. Over the years we have used SCTI for travel insurance.<br/>As they advised us in a rather rude manner that they did not undertake the type of Insurance product to cover the type of cruise we were taking around New Zealand I undertook some investigation on the internet and found your company. We were impressed how easy it was to get travel insurance with your company and when we travel again in the future we will be using your services again. Thank you for you excellent service.

We were away for 7 months, so travel insurance was quite expensive. We had to make a claim for a dental emergency and the process was easy and very customer friendly. After 8 years of hell dealing with Allianz insurance after the Christchurch earthquakes this restored my faith in the value of insurance. We will definitely use TINZ again.

Despite being told that we would not be covered when I initially phoned up, I was subsequently advised to put a claim in anyway. Am delighted to find out they upheld it and are supporting our claim. TINZ are incredibly good value, easy to subscribe to, easy to make a claim and although Ididn’t need them this time, previously my claim was paid out with no argument and in a friendly and concerned way. Would use TINZ every time.

Tinz made it easy to get insurance at a reasonable price. Everything was very well set out. Thankfully we didn't need to claim for anything and enjoyed our holiday. Overall very happy with the quality of the insurance policy.

From the time I rang TINZ when we were sitting in the Emergency Department in Anaheim until the time I submitted the final claim everyone has been so helpful and patient. Prices are competitive but there are cheaper options <br/>but because I have been well treated by TINZ will more than likely stay
