TINZ Travel Insurance Review

After reviewing multiple travel insurance options I found you guys to be the most cost effective in terms of what was included and the over all price!<br/>Thanks :)

Our babies had no need to claim anything so it was the peace of mind that we were concerned about. Being away from home without insurance is what nightmares are about. We will definitely be using your company in the future<br/>

As I did not need to make a claim I can only comment on value and experience. The website was easy and quick. I did like that the cover terms was better than some others for about the same cost. I will likely use you guys again and would recommend you guys due to the cover terms.

TINZ offered the best value in travel insurance for our family of 4 in comparison to other companies.<br/>It was easy and convenient in doing the whole process online. We would definitely use TINZ again for our future travel insurance.

I didn't have to deal with an customer service team. Everything was done online and really simple & easy. Definitely cost effective

Although we did not need to make a claim the policy was reasonably priced and covered absolutely everything. I found the staff most helpful when I made initial queries vis telephone. Highly recommend this company.

I didn't need a claim, but setting up insurance was easy and stress-free on the night before I travelled around the world. Plus when I nearly missed a transfer flight due to long queues at customs, it was reassuring to know I had any additional possible expenses covered. Staff v helpful on phone when setting up. Will use again.

I have now used TINZ twice without making a claim and I feel that if or when I need to use you again I feel that a reduction charge for the existing medical conditions would be favourable. [at least to me!]

I made contact about a potential claim by email and had no response for 10 working days. I sent a follow up email and then got a reply. Useless. Will not use again.

Initial claim process ok.<br/>Payment delayed - my error in bank details<br/>Delayed a month before paying<br/>No reply to 4 emails.<br/>Phone call but no apology.<br/>Further 10 days before payment

I had no incidents, but it was comforting to know that If I did that I had some insurance.
