TINZ is a New Zealand specialist travel insurer and there are a few things about their cover which set them apart: cruise cover is included as standard at no extra cost, cover can be extended up to 18 months (well above the industry norm), and dependants under 19 travel free. Just be mindful that claims response times are a little slower compared to competitors.

AWESOME Customer Service CHEAPEST AROUND
Although we didn't need to make a claim knowing we had a policy gave us peace of mind!!! The customer service rep i had was sooooo friendly and it was an easy sign up WOULD Definitely recommend to all and based on costs, how easy it was but especially the CSR who signed me up TINZ now have customers for life!!! THANKING YOU

Simple and great value
I didn't have a claim but seemed a great insurance plan. I was a little confused by the cover dates and how these worked respective to the different time zones. A little more information would be required to give a perfect score.

Smooth and easy
Choosing TINZ was an easy choice.I had compared prices with other travel insurance companies and TINZ came out on top price wise and was an easy transaction. We are a family of 7 and it was easy to have the whole family covered.thankfully we didnt need to claim as our travels went smoothly however I'd be happy to use TINZ in the future again<br/>

Price/value best of the bunch
