TINZ Travel Insurance Review

A very easy way to get travel insurance when you have had health issues. Great staff, good communication, everything was thoroughly explained<br/>

The first time I have had a company contact before the end of the trip in case extra needed. Also never had any contact afterwards.<br/>I realise this is easy for on-line contact, but would definitely consider your company in the future.<br/>

We did not make a claim ..but when we called them for some help they were awesome. They found addresses for us for hospitals and then kept in contact to check how things were going .... awesome we would use again.

TINZ is one of 2 companies in NZ who was willing to insure me while I was travelling overseas. And it was all done very easily online. I appreciate the fact finally a company that is willing to realise in real life plans change.

Trip was a breeze, covered everything that didn't but could go wrong. Highly recommend this to other friends of mine.

I have not joined Adobe and do not want to, so therefore I have had to print the claim form out and send it by post - which is not a hardship but if the claim form was Microsoft office it would be much easier. I could not attach my supporting information or the claim form when I wanted to check it.

It was straight forward to book the car excess insurance. It was reasonable value for money . We didn't make a claim

How about I get a discount for not using your services claims wise , good PR and a great selling pitch ??
