Website does not flow to conclusion logically, needs better CTA's. Your font is jazzy, but difficult to read with lighter and thicker character's for sight impaired. Prompt assessment of health risk, this follow up email great. <br/>

Although i had no incidents I felt secure that if anything did happen I would be covered. I felt I didnt have to worry because i was well covered, thanks.

Cover provided was good, usual small print to work through. Good value for money. The welcome home email asking if I needed to make a claim was a nice touch.

Thanks to TINZ who helped me process a travel claim when I unexpectedly had to cancel my trip overseas. They were easy to deal with, were readily available when phoned/emailed and helped me process the claim from beginning to end.
