TINZ Travel Insurance Review

We have used TINZ for the past two years after discovering that your comprehensive policies were the best value for our USA and Hawaii trips. Unfortunately last month, we had to cancel a much anticipated family cruise due to a family bereavement, and we found your customer service to be outstanding. The claim for our cruise cancellation fees was approved within 24 hours and we received payment 4 days later! Thank you again for your team's exceptional customer service.

We have used TINZ in the past and had to make a claim two times for dramas we encountered. There was zero hassle getting the claim processed and was very timely. The latest trip to Bali we used TINZ again but thankfully had no issues but always confident having TINZ as a safety net. Great work

Difficult to get hold of, only responded to 2nd email after a week of waiting, unable to contact by phone whilst overseas.<br/><br/>Were then unable to add a newly acquired more expensive item to our policy<br/><br/>Avoid, unreliable and unreasonable

Fast and easy to arrange. Glad I didn't need to use it but knowing I was covered made for a stress free trip

Comprehensive plan covers all of the insurance needed on a trip without breaking the budget. Some other insurance companies offering less charge more. Will purchase again in the future

Even though we travel reasonably often, this was the first time we've ever needed to make a claim due to a snow storm hitting New York and causing cancellation of all flights. TINZ processed our claim promptly and the phone call to their help centre on our travels was informative and very helpful. Would recommend TINZ
